Content Rights Policy

When you submit an article or piece of content to this site, you turn the rights of that content over to Asavana.com. We reserve the right to alter, add to, remove, re-sell, or publish the content in any way we see fit. While we may, on occasion, offer attribution for a piece of content during the publishing process, the rights of the article still belong to Asavana.com or its clients.

By signing up for an account with Asavana.com and/or submitting content through this site, you are agreeing to Asavana.com site policies. These policies are subject to change without notice.

Plagiarism Policy

Asavana.com has a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism. If a piece of content is determined to be plagiarized by our team, whether intentional or unintentional, Asavana.com reserves the right to immediately terminate the writer's account.

Termination Policy

If your account is terminated, you will not be paid for any plagiarized content. In addition, any articles you have in-process on our site will be immediately removed from your account. In-process articles include anything you have submitted that has not yet been approved. Asavana.com editors will determine if the remaining in-process articles are suitable for approval without changes and reserve the right to decide whether payment for those articles will be attributed to your account.

Payment After Termination

At the beginning of the month following your termination, you will be paid for anything approved within the previous month prior to your termination using the method of payment listed in your Asavana.com account. Asavana.com reserves the right to decide whether or not to remit payment for any of the writer's articles approved after the fact of termination, based on factors including plagiarism or significant edits. Additionally, Asavana.com is not required to release specific details on plagiarism or editing reports to terminated writers but may choose to as a courtesy.
